Corporate Partners

Conservation Volunteers has established many innovative and successful partnerships with the New Zealand Business Community. These include Fonterra, Rio Tinto, Cadbury/Kraft Foods and Maersk.

More and more businesses are realizing the benefits of supporting one of Australasia’s biggest practical conservation charities. We are able to provide a tailor-made programme of hands-on activities across the country and ensure that your financial contribution makes a real difference to the NZ environment.

Staff volunteering activities and corporate sponsorship for Conservation Volunteers also enable companies to give something back to local communities, meet Corporate Social Responsibility targets as well as building a healthier stronger workforce.

If you would like to discuss how your business can benefit and help make a real difference, please phone 0800 567 686 or email info@conservationvolunteers.co.nz

Grants

Community Group Accommodation Support Fund
Through its Community Group Accommodation Support Fund the Auckland Council has assisted Conservation Volunteers with its office costs for the 2011 year.

This fund recognises that community groups such as Conservation Volunteers make a major contribution to Auckland City.

The Community Group Accommodation Support Fund was created to support eligible community groups so that their accommodation costs do not compromise their ability to deliver their services effectively.

Connecting People with Parks Programme
Conservation Volunteers NZ is grateful to the Ministry of Environment for its support of the Connecting People with Parks programme. This programme aims to support local conservation projects and people who want to be involved in their own community and contribute to their local environment. The programme is funded by the Ministry of Environment’s Community Environment Fund which aims to empower New Zealanders to take environmental action.
